Terms of Service

1. Scope
For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Industrievertretung Hanna GmbH.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place together with the acceptance of the order by an e-mail, which we send you within max. Send 24 hours after clicking on the order button. We reserve the right to make changes (such as correction of the default payment / delivery conditions, which have been changed manually). With this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract has come about.

3. Shipping costs
In addition to the stated product prices shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs in the order procedure or in the section "Shipping and Payment" at the end of the Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop in Germany:

Payment in advance
When selecting the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

cash on delivery
When selecting the payment method cash on delivery we have no costs. However, delivery fees may apply.

You pay the invoice amount through the online provider Paypal.com. You must always be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (except guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.

5. Pickup
A self-pickup of the goods in our warehouse in the Mathildenstr. 10, 85399 Hallbergmoos, is possible against prior order in the shop (subject to availability), against advance payment or cash payment and by appointment.

6. packing station
We do not deliver to packing stations.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage in transit, please complain such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us claim our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

We save the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page. You can see your past orders in our customer login.

10. Contract language
The language available for the contract is German.

11. Warranty
For the products offered in our shop, the legal warranty rights exist.

12. Disclaimer
Claims for damages of the customer are excluded, unless otherwise stated below. The above disclaimer of liability also applies in favor of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of the provider, if the customer claims against them.
Excluded from the exclusion of liability stated in Section 1 are claims for damages due to injury to life, limb, health and claims for damages resulting from the violation of essential contractual obligations. Significant contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract, e.g. the supplier has to hand over the goods to the customer free of material and legal defects and to obtain the property of the customer. Also excluded from the disclaimer is the liability for damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.
Provisions of the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remain unaffected.

13. Prohibition of assignment and pledging
The assignment or pledging of claims or rights of the customer against the provider is excluded without the consent of the provider, unless the customer proves a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.

14. Offsetting
A right of set-off of the customer exists only if his set-off for a set-off has been legally established or is undisputed.

15. Choice of law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the contractual relations between the supplier and the customer. Excluded from this choice of law are the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence. The application of the UN Sales Convention is excluded.
Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the customer and the provider is the domicile of the provider, if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

Shipping and Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. The price data on the German-language homepage include the statutory VAT (domestic sales and EU countries). In the case of foreign sales (except EU countries) the accounting is carried out as a net price. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to change prices. Due to the large number of our suppliers, who increase prices with different rates and on different dates, a valid price list over a longer period simply can not be maintained. The price list is also subject to printing errors, as a proofreading is not possible in time.

Deliveries are possible worldwide (as far as offered in the country selection of the shop). Shipping is by DHL, post, rail, forwarding or personal pickup. Postage and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. The specified shipping-fixed prices refer to the weight of each item / pair / set and increase according to the quantities. However, it can not be delivered to packing stations.

Shipping within Germany normally costs (up to 5 pairs of inner fenders or wheel arches) 20,00 €. Small articles or large deliveries see automatic preconfiguration in the ordering process or on request.

Shipping within Europe and Switzerland normally costs (up to 5 pairs of inner fenders or wheel arches) a flat rate of € 45.00. Small articles or large deliveries see automatic preconfiguration in the ordering process or on request.

The shipping outside of Europe (as far as offered in the country selection of the shop) normally costs (up to 5 pairs of inner fenders or wheel arches) flat rate 70,00 €. Small articles or large deliveries see automatic preconfiguration in the ordering process or on request.

You can pay in Germany either by payment in advance, cash on delivery, direct debit collection, PayPal. In countries outside Germany we only accept payment in advance, PayPal. Charges for return debit due to incorrect data are borne in full by the customer. A cash sale on collection of the pre-ordered goods in the warehouse Hallbergmoos is only possible with advance notice / appointment.

If you choose the method of payment cash on delivery 2,00 € transfer fee to be paid directly to the deliverer.

delivery time
Shipping usually immediately from stock. Delivery time for handmade inner fenders and wheel arch linings: 2-6 weeks. The missing items will be replenished as soon as possible. Due to the large number of my suppliers around the world, delivery times may sometimes be longer than planned. For unavoidable delivery bottlenecks we ask for your understanding.

Duty to inform before a dispute arises (§ 36 VSBG)
The Industrievertretung Hanna GmbH does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings under the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act. We do not fall under the criteria, but our customer service is fully guaranteed.
